| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Friday, February 10, 2006 Morris Wayne Scoggins died Saturday, Feb; 4, 2006, at Yavapai Regional Medical Center in Prescott, Ariz. He was born Sept. 21, 1956, in Phoenix, Ariz., the son of Floyd Lee and Lillian Viola (Goodwin) Scoggins. Morris worked as a foreman for a fence company in the Prescott area and loved the outdoors. He is survived by Dawn, his companion of over 14 years; children, Morris Andrew Wayne Scoggins, of Prescott, Ariz., Jelena Ann and (Chad) Craft of Mich., Kara Lynn and (Troy) Guitar of Laughlin, Nev., and Aeron Smith of Phoenix, Ariz.; brothers, Floyd and (Brenda) Scoggins of Mesa, Ariz., John Scoggins of Tempe, Ariz., Jerry and (Karen) Scoggins of Phoenix, Ariz., Billy and (Angle) Scoggins of Phoenix, Ariz., Bobby Scoggins of Phoenix, Ariz., and Larry Scoggins of Phoenix, Ariz.; sisters, Sharon Wurst of Phoenix, Ariz., Linda and (Alien) Shelton of Gilbert, Ariz., and Viola and (Jack) Wright of Phoenix, Ariz. Morris is also survived by his mother, Lillian Scoggins, of Gilbert, Ariz., and 10 grandchildren. Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 10, in the Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home. Celebration of Morris' Life will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 11, also in the funeral home. Information provided by survivors. |
