| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Friday, February 10, 2006 Dean Curtis McIntosh, (Mr. Mac) of Prescott, age 1, died at his home in Prescott Tuesday, Feb. 14, 2006. Dean was born November 5, 1924, in Akron, Ohio. Dean taught school for 30 years, 25 of those years at Prescott High School. Dean is survived by his wife, Rosalie; brother William,wife MaryAnn Mclntosh; sons, Roger and Darrel; daughters, Cheryl Berry and Gayle Mclntosh; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. A private family celebration of Dean's life will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, friends can make donations to the Y.R.M.C. Hospice, 3262 N. Windsong Drive, Prescott Valley, Ariz., 86314. Mr. Mac will be missed by his family, friends and former students. The Hampton Funeral Home was entrusted with the arrangements.
