| The Verde Independent, Cottonwood, Arizona Wednesday, March 28, 2007 Fritz Tabeling, 84, a resident of Cottonwood, Ariz. since 1958, died Saturday, March 24, 2007. He was born on June 20, 1922, in Alamosa, Colo., to Cecil and Catherine Tabeling. Fritz worked at the Phoenix Cement Company until 1987, when he took his retirement. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Wanda, of Cottonwood, Ariz.; their sons, Eric of Cottonwood, Kim (Sandy), of Cottonwood, and Brian (Patti), of Calif.; their daughters, Nancy (Tim), of Phoenix; Anita (David), of Tenn., Kristen (Roy), of Phoenix, and Alaina (Stephen), of Missouri; 21 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1377 E. Hombre Drive in Cottonwood, March 30, 1 p.m., with a one-hour prior viewing.
