ULINGER, Joseph George (Joe)

Joseph George Ulinger, 89, of Sun City West, Arizona was called home to God on January 22, 2006. Joe was born November 27, 1916 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He was a husband, father, and grandfather, and was much loved by his family and friends. Joe moved with his wife and four children to Phoenix from Buffalo, New York 45 years ago. He had a wonderfully full life and is survived by two sisters, Eileen and Lucille, his son Eric, daughters Carol and Nancy, and grandchildren, Michael, Justine, and Andre. Joe was preceded in death by his loving wife of 58 years, Geraldine, and his son David. Joe will be loved and missed by his family and friends, especially those who remember his strength and boundless energy, and his devotion to Christ and his family. Visitation and funeral mass was at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 6180 W. Utopia, Glendale, Arizona.
