A celebration of Mark's life will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 14, at Precott Christian Church in Prescott, Ariz. A private burial will be at a later date in Prescott. Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with final arrangements. |
