Born in Little Woody, Saskatchewan, Canada on May 13, 1917.
Departed on Feb. 19, 2004 and resided in Rimrock, Ariz.

Wilma Mae McKenzie, 86, of Rimrock died February 19. She was born May 13, 1917 in Little Woody, Saskatchewan, Canada.

She retired from Carson Tahoe Hospital. She previously worked for the Carson City School District.

Mrs. McKenzie was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints for 28 years and a member of the Carson City Homemakers Club for 45 years.

She enjoyed many hobbies including arts and crafts and painting.

Her husband of 43 years, Harold McKenzie preceded her in death.

She is survived by three daughters and their husbands, Darlene and Allen Destree, Dolores and Bob Wyman and Vicki and Bill McConnell; ten grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren and ten great-great-grandchildren.

Services will be held through Waltons Chapel of the Valley, 1281 N. Roop Street, Carson City, Nevada. Burial will be in Walton Gardens in Carson City.

Westcott Funeral Home of Cottonwood handled the local arrangements.
