Jean Faye Nelson, 65, of Casper, Wyoming died February 9, while visiting family and friends in Arizona. She was born in Breckenridge, Minnesota on November 5, 1938 and graduated from Fergus Falls High School in 1956.

Mrs. Nelson was a teacher for many years in the Natrona County School District and retired from Jefferson Elementary School. She was a member of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church.

Mrs. Nelson leaves her husband, Ronald J. Nelson, whom she married June 26, 1960; two daughters and their husbands, Julie and Mark Edwards of Snoqualme, Wash. and Elizabeth and Rob Roth of Loveland, Colo.; a son Thomas and Heidi Nelson of Sedro-Woolley, Wash.; her mother, Gladys Allen of Fergus Falls, Minn.; a brother Paul Allen of Indianapolis, Ind.; and six grandchildren.

Services will be held in Casper, Wyoming.
