Zelma Namotia Gundelach Born in Texaco, New Mexico on Nov. 24, 1926. Departed on March 18, 2004 and resided in Cottonwood, Ariz. Zelma Namotia (Lewis) Gundelach, 77, of Cottonwood passed away quietly March 18 at her home. She was born November 24, 1926 in Texaco, New Mexico to William E. and Zelma Ethel Lewis. She is survived by her mother, 97 years of age; her husband James; daughter Cheryl; sons Malcolm, James, William, Timothy; grandchildren, great-grandchildren and her brothers and sister. She was preceded in death by her father William, daughter Zelma Jane and son Gary. She will be truly missed as an extraordinary wife and mother to all who knew her. She accepted death as she accepted life, placing her faith in God and family. She and her husband, James, lived in Flagstaff, Ariz. from 1956 to 1969 where he was manager of the Arizona Public Service office. A memorial service to honor and remember her will be held on Friday, March 26 in the Cottonwood Cemetery at 9:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to your favorite charity.
