Patrick David Gorlick, 55 years, resident of Camp Verde, Ariz., passed away peacefully Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2008 at VVMC in Cottonwood, Ariz.

He was born on Feb. 2, 1953 to Doreen and Ed Gorlick in Seattle, Wash.

Patrick was the beloved husband to Judith Elizabeth Gorlick, married in Nov. 1996.

He is survived by his loving children, Jai Ram Rideout, 19 yrs, married to Renee Yohanna Schmidt-Rideout, and Kestrel Tobias Gorlick, 10 yrs.,
his father, Edward Gorlick, Seattle, Wash. and his mother, Doreen Gorlick, Issaquah, Wash.; his brothers, Michael Gorlick, Redondo Beach, Calif; Kelly Gorlick, Maple Valley, Wash; Terry Gorlick, Anchorage, Ak, and his sister Susan Paulson, Redmond, Wash.

Patrick was an educational grant writer for Yavapai County. He was passionate about his work and so enjoyed assisting the community at large in so very many ways. He was devoted to his family as well as his very large extended family of relatives and friends. His love and desire to help and encourage others, his positive attitude and friendly nature as well as his immense faith in the power of prayer, will be an inspiration to the many lives that he touched. Patrick will be dearly missed.

Funeral services were held Saturday, Dec. 6, 2008 at the Middle Verde Cemetery. Donations for an educational savings account #2735356517 at any Chase branch will be graciously accepted for his youngest son.
