Born in Moville, Iowa on November 3, 1924
Departed on May 30, 2006 and resided in Cornville, AZ.

C. Ward Hill, 81, resident of Cornville, Arizona, passed away at his home on Wednesday, May 24, 2006. He was born on November 3, 1924 in Moville, Iowa to Floyd and Lula (Howard) Hill.

In his youth, Ward attended Lawton High School in Lawton, Iowa and graduated in 1943. Following which, he found work as a Mechanic and Auto Body Man in Sioux City, Iowa. In 1971 Ward moved to Arizona where he also worked as an Auto Body Man in Prescott and Cottonwood. Locally, he was employed with Allred Chevrolet.

Ward was an inventor and an avid reader, he also enjoyed playing cribbage.

A special thanks to Curt Frisbie (grandson) for providing care over the last several months.

Ward is preceded in death by his parents; his daughter, Karmen Kay Jorgenson; and his son, Dickie Joe Hill. He leaves behind a son, Reed Hill and his wife, Mary, of Sioux City, Iowa; 6 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
