Camp Verde Bugle, Camp Verde, Arizona Saturday, March 07, 2009 Laura L. Baldwin passed away at her home in Camp Verde, Monday evening, March 2, 2009. Born September 7, 1947 in Lakewood, Ohio. Laura was a resident of Arizona for 45 years, an American Legion Auxiliary Unit 93 member for 14 years, lounge manager of Post 93 for 11 years, and a member of the V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary #6739 for 8 years. She is preceded in death by her father, Edgar L. Strong & mother Evelyn Marie Dietrich Strong. She is survived by her only child, son: Martin Bartholomei, daughter-in-law: Christy, & 2 grandsons: Jack Martin, 4 years old, & Joseph Daniel, not yet one. A memorial service is scheduled for Sunday, March 15 at 2 p.m. at the American Legion Post 93, 286 S. Third St., Camp Verde, Ariz. She will be greatly missed by her friends & Camp Verde family.
