| Camp Verde Bugle, Camp Verde, Arizona Friday, March 06, 2009 James Leonard Higley, of Cottonwood, was born January 30, 1938 in Youngstown, Ohio and passed away on March 1, 2009 in Cottonwood, Arizona. Jim is survived by his sons: Bart, James, Blaine and Ryan; 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, March 7 @ 2pm at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses 7101 West Orangewood Avenue, Glendale, Ariz., 85303.
