My Mother, Georgette Wilhite, died peacefully at home April 1, 2007, surrounded by friends and myself. My Mother lived her life from love, walked by faith, sharing an intimate love of Christ. She found her strength from God and His Holy Word.

Mom served her family, her community and her church.

She was of service to many clubs such as ABWA and Lionness; a member of First Baptist Church; Choir Member; Stephens Minister; Bible Study; and Prayer Warrior.

My Mother was independent, strong and compassionate. Because she was grounded in her faith, trusting in God, she was blessed.

I will miss you; however, I know your spirit and your memories will live in my heart forever. I will always love you.

Your daughter, Jerri.

Commemoration Services in honor of Georgette will be 10 a.m. May 5, 2007, at First Baptist Church on Marina and Goodwin, in Prescot, Ariz. Please come and celebrate her life with me.

The family suggests memorials to be made in her honor to the Georgette Wilhite Memorial Fund, c/o First Baptist Church, P.O. Box 226, Prescott, Ariz., 86302.

Arrangements entrusted to Sunrise Funeral Home.
