Earl Beshers, 90, of Prescott, Ariz., passed away peacefully on Jan. 11, 2014, at home. Born in Oklahoma in 1923 to Bud and Nettie Beshers, he lived most of his life in Riverside, Calif.

Earl was a passionate man who enjoyed working with his hands and Mr. fix it, jack-of-all-trades and was always helping neighbors and friends with repairs. He worked as a heavy equipment operator mostly by trade, however, held many jobs to support his family over the years. In his spare time, he enjoyed welding, fabricating, and building wagons for his team of mules and many horses.

Always the animal lover and horse rancher he attended and rode in parades, member of the Sheriff's Posse, Odd Fellows, and raised his family to be outdoors enjoying nature. Each year he would organize week-long horseback rides that will be remembered by all as wonderful life experiences.

Earl was extremely loving and proud of his wife, Wilma, three sons Bud, David, Jim and daughter, Wanda. On his spiritual journey, he leaves behind his loving wife of 72 years to cherish their memories; sons Bud, David; six loving grandkids; and many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family. Earl was a loving father, husband, grandfather and friend to all.

A special thank you to the Yavapai Regional Medical Center in Prescott for their loving care and support of our family.

Private services will be held by family members.
