The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Monday, March 16, 2009 Esther Arriola Daniels, 74, of Prescott, Ariz., born June 7, 1934, in Prescott, passed away March 13, 2009, at Prescott Samaritan Village in Prescott. Visitation will be from 4 to 5 p.m. Wednesday, March 18, 2009, followed by Scriptural Rosary at the Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home, 303 S. Cortez St. Funeral Mass will be 11 a.m. Thursday, March 19, 2009, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 150 Fleury St. Christian burial to be at 1:30 p.m. at Mountain View Cemetery. Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with final arrangements. ------------------------------------ Esther Arriola Daniels 6/7/1934 - 3/13/2009 Esther A. Daniels went to be with our Savoir Jesus Christ on March 13, 2009 at the Prescott Samaritan Village in Prescott. She is the daughter of Frank & Frances (Diaz) Arriola. Esther was 74 years old. Esther was born June 7, 1934 in Prescott, Arizona and lived here her whole life. She married her husband Alex F. Daniels on June 7, 1953 (He precedes her in death). Esther enjoyed being a housewife and raising her children. She was a proud member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and was always involved in the congregation. Esther was an avid baseball and basketball fan with her favorite teams the Dodgers and the Sun’s. She had many hobbies which included reading, crochet, and the Young & Restless. You did not interrupt her while she was watching her soaps. Salsa Dancing was another one of Esther’s favorite hobbies. She was most proud of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. This beloved woman will be greatly missed. Esther is survived by sons - Alex F. Daniels Jr. of Flagstaff, Ariz.; Albert F. Daniels of Prescott, Ariz.; daughters - Carol Espinosa of Prescott Valley, Ariz.; Patricia Robison of Prescott, Ariz.; brother - Joe Arriola of Anaheim, Calif.; sisters - Frances Lane of Phoenix, Ariz.; Susan Murrillo of Modesto, Calif.; grandchildren - Kristian, Nicholas, Ryan, Rochelle, Amanda, Monica, Marcus, Victoria, Maria, Sabrina, Alexandria, Matthew, Gabriel, Nathan, and David; great-grandchildren - Kylee, Christian, Chase, Jayden, Devon, Aleah, Miguel, and Malia.
