BAKER, Ethelyn Bernice Ethelyn Bernice Baker, 84, of Casa Grande, Arizona, passed away Friday, November 28, 2003. No services planned. Arrangements entrusted to Cole & Maud Casa Grande Chapel. Published in the Arizona Republic on 11/30/2003. BAKER, Ethelyn Ethelyn Bernice Baker, 84, of Casa Grande died Nov. 28, 2003 at RTA Hospice In-patient House. Mrs. Baker was born Sept. 5, 1919 in Los Angeles. She was a legal secretary before retirement. She and her late husband, Ed, moved to Arizona to be closer to friends and family. They both enjoyed traveling around the United States in their RV and also made several trips to Australia and Hawaii. She looked forward to playing cards with her friends and cherished her time with her grandchildren. Survivors include a daughter, Becky Purden of Casa Grande; a stepdaughter, Jan Zapata of Casa Grande; a son, Richard West of Australia; a sister, Carol O'Neil of Parker; and eight grandchildren.
