HAROLD VINCENT DAVIS Phoenix, Ariz. Formerly of Orange County Harold V. Davis of Phoenix, Ariz. and former resident of Orange County, a cross-country tractor trailer driver, died Friday April 15, 2005, at home after a long and courageous battle with cancer, with his loving family at his bedside. He was 63. The son of Rena A. and the late Harold V. Davis, Sr., he was born January 4, 1942 in Middletown, N.Y. Harold was a U.S. Army veteran during the Vietnam Era. He is survived by his wife, Geraldine Davis, of Phoenix, Ariz.; his mother, Rena A. Davis of Campbell Hall, N.Y.; two daughters, Elizabeth Garrido and Deana Davis, both of Phoenix, Ariz.; four brothers: Edward of Middletown, Frederick of Virginia, Ronald and Barney, both of Walden; five sisters: Sharon and Dorothy of Maybrook, Gladys and Deborah of Campbell Hall, and Cynthia of Walden; one brother-in-law, Roy Gannon of Payson, Ariz.; one sister-in-law, Susan Gannon of Glendale, Ariz.; one grandson, Stephen; and aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two sons and one brother. Visitation will be on Saturday April 23, 2005 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Gridley-Horan Funeral Home, 39 Orchard St., Walden, N.Y., with a Memorial Service to be held at 1:00 PM in the funeral home. Inurnment will be in the Hamptonburgh Cemetery. Contributions may be made to Hospice of the Valley, Phoenix, Ariz. Arrangements were made by the Gridley-Horan Funeral Home, Inc.
