Edward O. Fiser
(June 25, 1952 - April 15, 2014)

Edward (Ed) O. Fiser former resident of Happy Jack, Arizona and recent resident of Winslow, Arizona passed away peacefully at home on April 15th after a long, courageous battle with brain cancer.

Ed was born on June 25, 1952 in Cleveland, Ohio to Oldrich L. and Rozaline Fiser.

Ed is survived by his wife Gail, step-daughter Nicole Buonviri, sisters Rosie (Ernie) Siller, Mary (Charlie) Napolitano, twin brother Alex (Bev) Fiser and many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.

Ed served in the U.S. Army, active duty and Reserves from 1974 to 1980. He retired as Deputy Warden of Operations, Arizona Department of Corrections, Winslow Complex in 2006.

Ed enjoyed the outdoors and loved hiking and exploring the Mogollon Rim with his four dogs. Ed will be remembered for his kindness, generosity and love of nature.

A celebration of Ed’s life will be held in Cleveland, Ohio in June. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Hospice Compassus or the Winslow Presbyterian Church.
