| Greer’s Mortuary of Winslow, Winslow, Arizona Charley Sam, Sr. September 17, 1934 - April 02, 2014 Funeral Services for Charley Sam, Sr. ,79, will be held at 10:00 AM (MST), Tues. April 8, 2014 at New Life Ministries Church, Castle Butte, AZ. Viewing will be held after the service. Interment to follow in Dilkon Community Cemetery. Charley Sam, Sr. passed away on April 2, 2014 in Dilkon, AZ. He was born on September 17, 1934 to Hosteen and Nezbah Sam in Keams Canyon, AZ. He attended 5 years at Special Sherman Institute. His hobbies were riding horses, playing basketball, being a mechanic always working on vehicles but most of all attending to his grandkids. Charley is survived by his wife, Rose Joey Sam; 5 loving kids, Marcella Sam of Glendale, AZ., Priscilla Duncan of Phoenix, AZ., Michael Sam , Alonzo Sam and Charley Sam, Jr. all of Dilcon, AZ.; 18 grandkids; 23 great-grandkids.
