Tracey Jeanne Billups, 52, passed away on December 8, 2013 at Banner Good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix, Ariz. Tracey, a Toledo, Ohio native, was born November 24, 1961 to Elwood "Woody" Billups and Margie (Spencer) Billups at Maumee Valley Hospital.

Tracey moved to Arizona in 2011 where she worked at Xanterra South Rim in the Grand Canyon. She enjoyed her time there working as a cook at Maswik Pizza Pub, meeting people from all over the world, and enjoying nature. She was named Employee of the Month in May of this year. Prior to leaving Toledo, her previous employment included Clarion Hotel as an Executive Housekeeper, Church's Chicken as a General Manager, Marsyls Restaurant as a Caterer, and Total Family Footcare as a medical assistant.

Tracey was raised on the North and Old West End side of Toledo where she attended Spring Elementary, Woodward High School, Macomber-Whitney Vocational Technical High School, and Jesup W. Scott High School. She was an avid reader, writer, cook, singer and conversationalist. Those who knew her will miss her smile and beautiful eyes

Preceding her in death is her father, maternal grandparents Robert Sr. and Ruby Spencer and paternal grandparents James Sr., and Roberta Adams Billups.

She is survived by her mother; children, Jamea Hall (Eric), Myra and Malcolm Brown; sisters, Stacey Billups Marla Talley ; brother Eric Talley (Tracy); 4 grandchildren Erika Hall, Ro'Cayla Hornbeak, Myla and KeMari Brown; special nieces Jamie and Jalon Cleveland; special nephews James and Jamall Cleveland; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members and friends.

A memorial service will take place Saturday, December 28th from 4-8 p.m. at 1841 S Ottawa Cove Dr. Toledo, Ohio 43611
