| Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona November 27, 1996 James M. "Jim" Denman of Morristown died Nov, 24 in Sun City West. He was 79. Mr. Denman was born Dec. 9, 1916 in Gratiot County, Mich. He had lived in Arizona for 14 years, coming from Michigan. Mr. Denman was a graduate of Ferris State College and a Naval veteran of World War II. He also was a member of the Redeemer Lutheran Church in Wickenburg. Mr. Denman worked and retired as a pharmacist in Michigan, owning several pharmacies and working for Mt. Sinai Hospital in Milwaukee, Wisc., and West Shore Hospital in Manistee, Mich. He had a very, good understanding and know ledge of the human anatomy. Mr. Denman and his wife Marguerite enjoyed traveling extensively throughout the United States and Canada. Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Marguerite; children Peter James and Roslyn Denman of Escanaba, Mich., Philip Denman of Milwaukee, Wisc., and Patricia and Dennis Smith of Manistee, Mich.; brother George Denman of Flint, Mich.; and grandchildren David and Benjamin Smith of Manistee and Camilla and Roseanne Denman of Escanaba. Services will be today (Wednesday, Nov. 27) at 3 pm. at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Wickenburg. Pastor Ed Wessling, will officiate. Additional will be held Tuesday, Dec. 3 p.m. at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Manistee, Mich. The burial will follow at the Trinity Lutheran Cemetery in Manistee. Contributions may be made, in Mr. Denman's name to Redeemer Lutheran Church or the American Cancer Society Wickenburg Chapter.
