| Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona December 18, 1996 Rolla Welch of Congress, died Dec. 16 in the VA Medical Center in Prescott. He was 77. Mr. Welch was born Aug. 16, 1919 in Tuckerman, Ark. He had lived in Arizona since 1986, moving from Oregon. He is survived by his wife, Alta, of Congress. Private services will be held. |
