| Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona October 23, 1996 Wilma T. Thompson of Williamstown, Mass. died Oct. 22 in Williamstown. She was 77. Mrs. Thompson was born June 3, 1919 in Springfield, Ill. She is the daughter of Everett and Ethel Portwood. She was married June 22, 1935 to Charles E. Thompson, who proceded her in death as well as two sisters and one grandson. Survivors include sons Merle Thompson of Anderson, S.C. and Chuck Thompson of West Springfield, Mass.; daughter Brenda Fornoff of Wickenburg; sister Iola Weiskoph of Springfield, Ill.; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Memorial contributions may be made to the Wickenburg Chapter of Young Life. Services will be held at a later date.
