Thomas was born on February 10, 1979 to Sherman E. and Janet E. (nee Dickson) Riggers in Hobart, Indiana. Thomas worked for Gardiner Interiors doing floor coverings. Thomas was an avid speaker, enjoyed fishing, hunting and being with his family. He is survived by parents; Sherman E and Janet E. Riggers of Valparaiso, Indiana three sons; Gage Michael Riggers, Colton Anthony Riggers and Hayden John Winnicki of Flagstaff, AZ, significant other, Anna Winnicki, two sisters; Francine (John) Didonna of North Judson, Indiana and Linda (David) Gardiner of Valparaiso ,Indiana numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other loving family members and friends.
