| The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 07/22/2014 Glenn Reed West, 83, resident of Mesa for 34 years, died July 19, 2014, in Mesa of kidney failure. He was born Aug. 2, 1930, in McNary. Glenn worked for the City of Mesa Fire Department. He is survived by his children, Jeanie, LeeAnn, Teri and Ron, all of Mesa, and Scott of Show Low; brother Lonnie West of Mesa; sisters June Stevens and Dorothy McWilliams, both of Mesa, and Rosalind Mills-Childers of Oklahoma; many in-laws, nephews and nieces and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Huber West, father Earl West and mother Elsie Amos West. A viewing will be held from 6-8:30 p.m. Friday, July 25, at Meldrums Mortuary at 52 N. MacDonald in Mesa. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 26, with an additional viewing from 8:30-9:30 a.m. at the Mesa North Stake Center on Brown Road and Horne Street in Mesa.
