Lillian (Novak) Hurt

Lillian Hurt, of Kingman. She was 89. Mrs. Hurt was born Sept. 17, 1906 in Chicago, Ill. She had lived in Arizona for 5 years, coming here from Illinois.

Mrs. Hurt was a member of the Order of Eastern Star Chapter 111 in Wickenburg. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in.law Barbara and Charles Halbert of Kingman; son and daughter-in-law James F. and Mary E. Hurt of Williams; brothers Joseph Novak of West Marko Island, Fla.; and Jerry Novak of West Chester, Ill.; 12 great-grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Frank in 1964.

Graveside services and interment will be held Friday, Jan 12 at noon in the Wickenburg Cemetery. The Rev. Paul Daniel will officiate.

Memorial contributions may be made in Mrs. Hurt's name to a charity of one’s choice. Local arrangements were handled by Brown's Wickenburg Funeral Home.
