| Douglas Dispatch (AZ) - Tuesday, May 20, 2008 Deceased Name: Jose Flores Vega March 19, 1914 - May 15, 2008 Longtime Douglas resident Jose Flores Vega passed away May 15, 2008 at the Southeast Arizona Medical Center. Mr. Vega was born March 19, 1914 in Bisbee, Arizona to Pablo and Ignacia Flores Vega. He worked for many years for the Southern Pacific Railroad prior to his retirement. He is survived by his wife, Hermelinda Vega of Douglas. Also surviving are his two daughters and four sons, four brothers and three sisters and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 21, 2008 at the Brown Page Mortuary Chapel with Pastor Marco A. Noriega of Templo Maranatha officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery under the direction of Brown Page Mortuary, 364-3434. |
