| The Payson Roundup, Payson, Arizona, Tuesday, August 26, 2014 Clarence Windle U.S. Veteran January 3, 1925 - August 23, 2014 Clarence Windle was born on January 3, 1925 and raised in Kansas. He served for 4 years in the United States Navy during World War II. He relocated to Payson 14 years ago. He is survived by his wife Phyliss, five children; Cindy Windle of Pine, AZ; Becky Archibald (Jerry) of Evergreen, CO; Steve Windle (Gayle) of Austin, TX; Craig Windle (Linda) of Hudson, CO; Peaches Windle (Nelson Escue) of San Diego, CA as well as 6 grandchildren and 3 greatgrandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, August 28 at 2:00pm at Messinger Mortuary. The family requests that in lieu of flowers a donation be made to the Central Arizona Humane Society. |
