| Mohave Valley Daily News, Mohave Valley, AZ - Published in Mohave Daily News Online from Aug. 24 to Aug. 31, 2014 - Millie Anderson, our loving mother, passed away peacefully at the age of 90 at her home with family by her side on Saturday, August 9, 2014. A 30-year resident of Bullhead City, Ariz., Millie owned and operated Bullhead City Real Estate until she retired in 1996. A life well lived she enjoyed her ice cream, going to the lake, playing the slot machines at the casinos and hanging out with her family and friends. Her love and smile will be greatly missed but forever in our hearts. Millie was preceded in death by her husbands, Ray Postema and Bob Anderson; sister, Margaret Koning; and son, Bob Postema. She leaves her loving memories to be cherished by her two daughters, Kathy Postema of Lake Arrowhead, Calif. and Connie Niswonger of Bullhead City, Ariz; seven grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and her two cats, Emma and Sam. Millie requested a private burial at Mt. View Cemetery in San Bernardino, Calif. The family wishes to thank all of those who cared for her over the years.. Those who so desire may make memorial donations in memory of Millie to Hospice of Havasu, P.O. Box 597 Lake Havasu City, AZ 86405, who's care and compassion was unmatched. |
