Doris May Kirkendoll of Congress died Aug.1 in Congress. She was 85. Mrs. Kirkendoll was born March 5, 1911 in El Paso County, Colo. She had lived in Arizona for the past 54 years.

Mrs. Kirkendoll was preceded in death by her husband and three great granddaughters.

Survivors inc1ude her son and daughter-in-law, Lucky Sr. and Sue of Wickenburg; four grand children, Leslie Dunkel of Wickenburg, Lucky, Jr. of Wickenburg; Debbie Miller of Peoria, and Brenda Anderson of Phoenix; three great-grandsons and two great-granddaughters .

Services have already been held.

Doris May Kirkendoll of Congress died Aug. 1 in Congress. She was 85.
Mrs. Kirkendoll was born March 5, 1911 in El Paso County, Colo. She had lived in Arizona for the past 54 years.

Mrs. Kirkendoll was preceded in death by her husband and three great-granddaughters. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law Lucky Sr. and Sue of Wickenburg; grandchildren Leslie Dunkel of Wickenburg, Lucky Jr. of Wickenburg, Debbie Miller of Peoria, and Brenda Anderson of Phoenix; three great-grandsons; and two great-granddaughters.

She lived in Congress since 1968 and was a waitress in the Wickenburg area, working for Huffords Cafe and Sun Lanes.

Graveside services were held Tuesday, Aug. 6 at the Wickenburg Cemetery, with Pastor Robert Harrison officiating.

All arrangements were handled by Brown's Wickenburg Funeral Home, Inc. at 187 N. Adams St.
