Thomas Peter O'Sullivan, age 54, a 29-year resident of Fort Mohave,
Ariz. died Sunday, September 14, 2014 at Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas,
Nev.

Tom was born on September 10, 1960 in Astoria, Queens, New York. He was
a retired power plant operator. His hobbies included watching anything
sports related. He enjoyed fitness and health. He loved fishing with his
daughter, going down to the Colorado River and did anything to make
someone laugh.

Thomas was preceded in death by his father, Alfred T. O'Sullivan in
2001.

He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Teresa O'Sullivan of Fort
Mohave, Ariz.; daughters, Vanessa O'Sullivan and Hannah O'Sullivan
(future son-in-law, Justin Mollsen) of Fort Mohave, Ariz.; mother,
Margaret "Peggy" O'Sullivan of Oceanside, Calif.; sisters, Terry (Carl)
O'Sullivan Ladd, Christine (Dain) Blackburn, both of Calif., and Leigh
O'Sullivan Kost of Las Vegas, Nev.; nieces and nephews, Sarah (Anthony)
Verrow, Justice Hickey, Jason (Grace) Blackburn, Mavrick Blackburn, Mila
Blackburn, Chris Davis, Daniel Davis, Devin Blackburn, Kelsey Kost, and
Konnor Kost; cousins, Dave Schneider and Michael O'Sullivan; and
Companion of 10 years Roxanne Higuera.

Rosary will be at 9:40 a.m.with services at 10 a.m at St Margaret Mary
Catholic Church on Saturday, October 18, 2014. Father Peter will be
officiating.
