| Mohave Daily News, Mohave Valley, AZ - Published in Mohave Daily News Online from Oct. 17 to Oct. 24, 2014 - Dan Mabern Hargrove, age 76, a 42-year resident of Bullhead City, passed away Monday, October 13, 2014. Dan was a wonderful loving husband, father, brother and uncle. He touched the hearts and lives of everyone he met. He will be deeply missed and in our hearts forever, til we meet him again. He was preceded in death by his wife of 40 years, Sara; his father, Athie and mother, Eleanor. He is survived by his daughter, Jill Van Asdlan, of Tucson, Ariz.; son, Michael of Rialto, Calif.; four grandchildren; three brothers, Melton of Nocona, Texas, Bobby of Houston, Texas, Tharon of Bakersfield, Calif.; and one sister, Patty of Houston, Texas; and many nieces and nephews. Viewing will be from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. at Kingman Christian Church, 2830 Gordon Dr., Kingman on Saturday, October 18, with services immediately following. In lieu of flowers, the family asks a donation be made to the American Cancer Society or the Alzheimer's Association in Dan's name.
