| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona, Saturday, October 18, 2014 Juanita Marcella Jordan Juanita, our beloved mother, grandmother, sister and aunt, passed away peacefully on May 31, 2014, from complications from surgery at the Restora Critical Care Hospital in Mesa, Ariz. She was born in Venice, Ill., on June 15, 1931. She is survived by her sons, David Smith Jr. (wife Linda) of Gilbert, Ariz., and Craig Jordan (Sunshine) of Chino Valley, Ariz.; and four grandchildren, David, Robert, Jennifer and Patricia. She was preceded in death by her father, Archie Parker, her mother, Elsie, and her husbands David Smith and Dean Jordan. Her departure saddens us all, and she will be missed so very much, but she will now be united with those she loved so much who passed before. A memorial service in her honor will be scheduled at a later date. The family suggests a donation to your local hospice chapter in lieu of flowers. Information provided by survivors. |
