George D. Hough of Wickenburg, died Feb. 27. He was 93. Mr. Hough was born March 5, 1907 in Trout Lake, Mich. He had lived in Arizona for the past five years.

Mr. Hough retired from Garrison Sales of Phoenix in 1970 and moved to Yarnell and then to Wickenburg in 1996.

He was a life member of the B.P.O. Elks and was initiated in Grand Rapids, Mich. by the father of President Gerald Ford.

He served in Anchorage, Alaska during World War II.

Mr. Hough was founding member of the Arizona Mineralogical Society and the Maricopa County Jeep Posse.

Survivors include his wife of 67 years, Marie; daughter Jean McGrath of Glendale; sister Marie Furlong of Lansing, Mich.; grandchildren Jon McGrath of Mammoth Lakes, Calif., Susan Connors of Mayer, and Annie Sugarman of Glendale; and great-grandchildren Katy, Megan and Claire Connors, and Iris, Cedar and Taylor Sugarman.

Services have been held.
