| The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ April 4, 2001, p. A18 Charles Leo Leaderbrand of Peoria, died April 1. He was 70 years of age. Mr. Leaderbrand was born April 27, 1931 Wichita, Kan. He is survived by his wife, Betty Wolfe-Leaderbrand; children Eric Leo Leaderbrand of Scottsdale, Scott Leaderbrand of Lawrence, Kan., Lisa Lee Knox of Loveland, Color., and Melissa Cox of Tulsa, Okla.; stepson Jimmy Wolfe of South Carolina, step-daughters Betty Jean Bell Wickenburg and Denise Hoblein of Encinitas, Calif.; and grandchildren Chase Knox and Shane Knox of Loveland, Colo., Paul Black of Seattle, Wash., and Krysta Breanne Bell and Anthony Nicholas Bell of Wickenburg. A memorial service has been held. The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Hospice of the Valley, the American Cancer Society, The American Heart Association, The Gideon Society, or a charity of their choice. |
