| Owens Livingston Mortuary, Show Low, Arizona Janie McCormack February 26, 1936 - December 11, 2014 Janie McCormack died Thursday, December 11, 2014 at Banner Gateway Medical Center in Gilbert, Maricopa County, Arizona following a lengthy illness. She was 78 years old. Janie was born on February 26, 1936 in Laredo, Webb County, Texas to her parents, the late Sergio and Modesta (Villareal) Martinez. Throughout her life, Janie worked as a Certified Nurse's Assistant. Janie is survived by her husband, Patrick McCormack of Vernon, Arizona; daughter, Lisa (Rusty) Warwick of North Carolina; stepson, Adam McCormack; step-grandson, Sheamus McCormack; 3 sisters: Olga Crowell, Celicia Olson, Mollie Frazier; brother, Jessie Martinez; 9 nephews; 2 nieces and is also survived by a special nephew, Dean Olson. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Zula Chalet. The Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will begin 11:00 A.M., Thursday, December 18, 2014 at St. Rita Catholic Church, 1400 E. Owens in Show Low, Arizona.
