| The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ August 22, 2001 A14 Donna J. Willett of Wickenburg, died Aug. 18 in Sun City West. She was 62. Mrs. Willett was born April 15, 1939 in Chicago, Ill. She had lived in Arizona for the past 12 years. Survivors include her daughters, Patricia Slattery of Illinois, Theresa and husband Michael Pais of Phoenix, Gina and husband James Foote of Illinois, Deanna and Brad Voigt of Minnesota, and Debi Willett of Illinois; son Joseph and wife Donna Hebbard of Illinois; and grandchildren Matt and Michael Voigt, Lauren Slattery, Murphy and Mitchell Hebbard, Brea Pais, and Sophia Foote. Mrs. Willett was preceded in death by her husband, George Willett. Services have been held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Wickenburg, with burial in the Wickenburg Municipal Cemetery. Bishop Leonard Rucker officiated.
