Karen Karstetter Rathbun (KK), (Buckeye, Tonto Basin, AZ).

Karen was born May 23, 1958 in Phoenix, AZ. She was educated in the Buckeye Schools and moved to Richfield, Idaho, in 1976. After high school, she attended Cosmetology School in Twin Falls, ID. Karen later returned to Arizona and operated Karen's Kuts in Tonto Basin for 12 years. She then moved to Show Low where she worked as a cosmetologist at Show Low Plaza for 18 months. In 1997, she moved with her children to Goodyear and worked at Classy Nails, her current employer.

Karen's two children, Lex and Lia, were the light of her life.

She leaves behind her children, Lex and Lia Rathbun, her mother Wanda Karstetter and Jim Lewis of Tonto Basin, her father and step-mother Garland and Faye Karstetter; three brothers, Wayne, Martin, and Wes; six nephews, five step-sisters, and one step-brother.

Services were held at the First Southern Baptist Church, 3rd Street and Eason, Buckeye, AZ.
