The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Tuesday, April 2, 2002, page b5 Florence Rita Stanton, 95, of Phoenix Ariz., passed away March 30, 2002. Born in New York City on Oct. 5, 1906, she moved to Arizona 40 years ago from Greensboro, N.C. She was a homemaker and a 30-year member of Sts. Simon & Jude Catholic Church in Phoenix. She is survived by her sons, Dennis and Peter 4 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Rosary will be held on Wed., April 3, 2002, at 7 p.m. with visitation from 5-8 p.m. at Messinger Indian School Mortuary, 7601 E. Indian School Rd., Scottsdale, Ariz. Mass will be held on Thurs., April 4, 2002, at 10 a.m. at Sts. Simon & Jude Catholic Church, 6351 N. 27th Ave., Phoenix, Ariz. |
