| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Tuesday, February 8, 2005 Virginia E. Smith, 67, of Prescott, born May 26, 1937, in Bangor, Maine, died Feb. 7, 2005, in Prescott. There will be private cremation services at Bradshaw Crematory. Arrangements by Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home. --------------------------------------- The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Sunday, February 13, 2005 Virginia E. Smith Virginia (Ginnie) E. Smith, age 67, of Prescott, born May 26, 1937, in Bangor, Maine, passed away Feb. 7, 2005, in Prescott. Ginnie lived in Tucson for approximately 45 years before retiring in Prescott in 1999. Ginnie was a legal secretary before her retirement. Ginnie loved horses and spent many years showing quarter horses in Tucson. She was active in the Prescott community and served as the Public Relations contact for the Smoki Museum. Ginnie is survived by her three children, daughter, Heidi Hill of Phoenix, and sons, Shan Smith of Apache Junction, Ariz. and Brice Smith of Prescott, Ariz. She has one granddaughter, Kacy Hill. There will be a Celebration of Ginnie's Life on Saturday, Feb. 19, from 2 to 5 p.m., in her home located at 684 Daniel Drive, in Prescott. Donations may be made in her memory to the Smoki Museum. Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements. Information provided by survivors. |
