The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Monday, April 13, 2009 Robert E. Anderson Sr., 59, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, April 11, 2009. Robert was born and raised in Biloxi, Miss. He was the son of Woodrow and Bobbye Anderson. Robert moved to Prescott four years ago, where he was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He served as a church-dance DJ for many years in Biloxi. He loved all things music: playing, listening and dancing. He was an avid bowler and participated in league bowling at Antelope Lanes. Robert was a loving husband, son, father, uncle, grandfather and brother. He always had a knack for making others around him smile. "Poppy, we miss you already and you'll be in our hearts forever." Robert is preceded in death by his father, Woodrow Anderson. Robert is survived by his wife, Cecelia Anderson of Prescott; mother, Bobbye Anderson of St. George, Utah; sons, Robert Anderson, Jr., Scott Anderson, both of Las Vegas, Nev. and Chad Anderson of Salt Lake City, Utah; daughters, Jennifer Head of Prescott and Cecelia Chambers of Richmond, Va.; brother, Tim Anderson of St. George, Utah; sister, Susie Morris of Pocatello, Idaho; and seven grandchildren. Viewing will be at 2 p.m. with services to follow, Wednesday, April 15, 2009 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Chapel on Ruth Street, Prescott, Ariz.
