Harold R. Brown, 84, of Dewey, Ariz., passed away April 2, 2009. He was born in Lansing, Mich. Oct. 24, 1925.

He served in the Navy as Pharmacist's Mate Second Class during World War II in the Asiatic Pacific area and was given the Victory Medal and Good Conduct Medal. Harold was a teenager and high school student when he enlisted. He was a very dedicated husband and father.

Harold is survived by his wife, Mary Louise; son Timothy of Dewey; daughter, Letitia Friddle; son-in-law, Thomas Friddle; grandson Seth Friddle; granddaughter, Noella Friddle of New River, Ariz. Also his sister, Audrey Durst of Paulden, Ariz.

Your family, Harold, will see you again someday. We miss you and love you Harold. God is with you.
