Jeannette “Jenny” Lee Smith Brown entered into eternal rest Jan. 30, 2015. She was born April 26, 1988, to Eugene J. Smith and Diane H. Smith Miller in Graham County.

Jenny was raised in the country along with two of her three brothers, Nathan and Jesse. Being naturally competitive with her two older brothers, Jenny grew strong quickly. Loving her family, friends, the many pets, livestock and abundant wildlife throughout her life, Jenny was filled with wonder about everything and had an awesome sense of humor.

Jenny married Kalon Brown, and they had a precious daughter they named Alexia “Lexie” M. Brown, age 9. Jenny and Kalon divorced, but remained devoted and loving parents.

Jenny is preceded in death by her stepbrother, William Nathan “Nate” Haskins.

She is survived by her daughter, Lexie; two brothers, Aaron E. Smith, stationed in Alabama, and Jesse E. Smith of Springerville; both parents, three grandparents, and a large number of extended family members.

Two gatherings to celebrate Jenny’s life were held by friends and family. The first gathering was held at a location in Buckeye and the second gathering was held at Cluff Ponds, south of Pima.

The Smith family would like to humbly thank all on behalf of Jenny.
