Verne J. Nadeau, 82, of Chino Valley, Arizona, born Feb. 3, 1933 in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, passed away March 2, 2015.

Services will be at 11 a.m. March 4, 2015 at St. Catherine Laboure Catholic Church, 2062 N. Highway 89, Chino Valley, Arizona.

Verne J. Nadeau, age 82, of Chino Valley, Arizona died Monday, March 2, 2015. He was born Feb. 3, 1933, in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada to Joseph Armand and Veronica Catherine (Martin) Nadeau.

Verne served as a member of the United States Air Force. He worked for the City of San Bernardino, California in various capacities, retired as the City's Real Property Supervisor. He thoroughly enjoyed his hobbies, which included airplane model building both static- and radio-controlled, building outside railroads and online and televised auto racing and gaming. He moved to Chino Valley in 1996. He was an active member of St. Catherine Labouré Church and served as a Eucharistic Minister and a member of the Finance Council.

He is survived by his wife Deborah of nearly 36 years; son Paul (Tina), daughter Denise (Tom); and son Chris (Kathy); his sister Valerie Towle of Springville, California; his grandchildren Aron (Erin Lynn), Scott, Amy, Tammy, Raymond (Adriana), and Kayla. He is also survived by his loving nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph Armand and Veronica Catherine Nadeau, and his brother Martin Nadeau.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Verne's name to St. Catherine Labouré Catholic Church, 2062 N. Highway 89, Chino Valley, AZ 86323.

A Celebration of Life memorial service will take place at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 4, 2015, at St. Catherine Labouré Roman Catholic Church, 2062 N. Highway 89, Chino Valley, Arizona.

Interment will be at a later date.
