| Hassayampa Miner (Wickenburg AZ) Friday, August 18, 1916, p 1:3 Infantile Paralysis Victim Is Dead Globe, Ariz., Aug. 17--Ilios Vidales, 3, the only victim of infantile paralysis in Arizona since the outbreak of the epidemic in New York is dead here after five days of illness. A strict quarantine was maintained throughout the case, and it is not believed that any new cases will make their appearance.
