Harrison Yarnell Dead

Prescott, Ariz., Aug. 17--After spending almost a third of a century in a fruitless attempt to discover the location of the gold treasures of Rich Hill, Harrison Yarnell, a well-known mining man is dead at the Pioneer's home here. Yarnell, who came to Arizona in the early seventies, discovered and worked the famous Yarnell mine, from which he took a fortune in gold. All the money, however, went back into the ground in an attempt to find the big deposit of gold which he believed was to be found within a space of five miles square around the Yarnell mine. Yarnell was 63 years old.
