Ernest LittleJim - Larson Born in Valentine, Arizona on Dec. 12, 1922. Departed on Dec. 1, 2002 and resided in Cottonwood, Ariz. Ernest LittleJim - Larson, 79, of Middle Verde died December 1, 2002. He was born December 12, 1922 in Valentine, Arizona. During World War II, he served in the Army with the 165th Field Artillery Battalion. He retired as a groundskeeper for the US Forest Service. Mr. Larson was involved in Yavapai Culture Teachings. He leaves two daughters, Miriam T. Haddo and Ernestine S. Larson, both of Camp Verde; three sisters, Vera Whatoname, Marian Whatoname and Audrey Whatoname, all of Peach Springs; thirty four grandchildren and thirteen greatgrandchildren. Services were held December 4. Burial will be at the Middle Verde Tribal Cemetery. Westcott Funeral Home handled these arrangements. Westcott Funeral Home, Cottonwood, Arizona. |
