Predeceased by his wife, Edith Anne Blase and daughter Anne Conway. Survived by sisters, Phyllis (Dean) Long of Kansas and Lorna Sloan of Minnesota, stepson Raymond (Marlene) Wolsieffer of Phoenix, AZ, and son-in-law, John Conway of Sedona, AZ.
