Benjamin A. Nichols Born in Everton, Arkansas on Feb. 14, 1912. Departed on Dec. 17, 2005 and resided in Cottonwood, Arizona. Benjamin A. Nichols, 93, of Cottonwood, Ariz. passed away Saturday, December 17, 2005 at home with his wife of 71 years at his side. He was born February 14, 1912 in Everton, Arkansas, the son of William and Liza Nichols. Benjamin worked as a "Mill Wright" in the lumber industry in Oregon until his retirement. Benjamin was a member of the First Southern Baptist Church of Cottonwood. Benjamin loved woodworking. He enjoyed fishing, camping, reading, helping others, church work, eating pies, and his family. He is survived by his wife Millie; sons, Harold Nichols of Lousiana, Jim Nichols of Arizona; daughters, Joan Grove of Alaska and Rita Wilhelm of Colorado; 22 Grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and 10 grea-great-grandchildren.
