Linda Kathleen Bergsland

Linda Kathleen Bergsland, formerly of Cottonwood, passed away May 13th 2015 at her home in Carefree, Arizona. She was 61 years old.

She was born Dec 17 1953 in Union, North Carolina To Jack Hall and Kathleen Karas Hall. She was later adopted by her stepfather, George Bergsland and raised at Sturgeon Bay Wisconsin. Linda graduated from Southern Door high school at Sturgeon Bay in 1972 and attended University of Wisconsin at Green Bay from 1972 to 1975.

In 1975, she moved to Arizona and attended ASU. In 1988, she moved to the Verde Valley and lived and worked here until 2001 when she moved to Carefree. Her interests included photography, travel, movies, hiking, art, and reading.

She is survived by her mother Kathleen Bergsland, brothers Tom and Larry Bergsland, sister Chris Keyser, nieces Kelly and Melissa Wagner,and nephews Levi Kazmar and Teal Metoxen all of Sturgeon Bay Wisconsin. She is also survived by many close friends in Arizona.

She will be missed by all who knew her. As she would say "La Di Da".
